Adobe Flash Player for Mac OS X Snow Leopard: A Frustrating Situation

As a loyal user of Adobe's popular multimedia software, I'm left feeling disappointed and frustrated with the company's decision to abandon support for older operating systems. Specifically, I'm talking about Adobe Flash Player for Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.8).

In August 2009, Apple dropped support for Snow Leopard, and since then, Adobe has followed suit by no longer developing or testing their software on this platform. This means that users of Snow Leopard are left in the dark, wondering how they'll be able to continue using Flash Player.

The situation is even more dire because Adobe does not provide older versions of Flash Player for download. The company's stance is that they do not develop or test on unsupported platforms, which leaves users like me feeling abandoned and desperate.

To make matters worse, Adobe has introduced a system where background updates are enabled by default. This means that if you opt in to these updates, your Flash Player will automatically be updated to the latest version within 24 hours of its release, assuming an active internet connection. However, this is only possible for systems running OS X 10.10-10.13, leaving Snow Leopard users behind.

I've tried searching for alternative sources for Flash Player that would work with my system, but so far, I've come up empty-handed. The Adobe website does not provide older versions of the software, and other online resources seem to be non-existent.
